Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping Policy:

  1. Order Processing and Delivery:
    1.1 We strive to process and ship all orders within 24-36 hours of successful order placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.
    1.2 Delivery timeframes will be provided to you via email once your order is confirmed. Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary based on your location and shipping carrier.

  2. Shipping Locations: 2.1 We currently ship our products within India from our local warehouse in Siliguri.
    2.2 We do not offer international shipping at this time.

  3. Shipping Charges: 3.1 Shipping charges may apply to your order and will be displayed during the checkout process. The charges depend on the weight, dimensions, and shipping destination of the products.

Return Policy:

  1. Eligibility:
    1.1 All products purchased from Faably can be returned within 7 days of successful delivery, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
    1.2 Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects. To initiate a return, you must provide video evidence of the manufacturing defect while unboxing the product.

  2. Manufacturing Defects: 2.1 If your product has a manufacturing defect, we will verify the defect based on the provided video evidence.
    2.2 Upon verification, we will offer you the option of either a replacement or a refund, based on product availability.

  3. Size Issues:
    3.1 We only offer replacements for products with size issues. If the size of your product does not fit as expected, you may request a replacement within 7 days of delivery.
    3.2 Please refer to our size chart before placing an order to ensure the correct size selection.

  4. Customized Products: 4.1 Customized products, including those with personalized names or monograms, are not eligible for returns or replacements, except in the case of manufacturing defects.

  5. Return Process:
    5.1 To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide the necessary details and video evidence for verification.
    5.2 Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.
    5.3 The returned product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by all original accessories and tags.

  6. Return Shipping: 6.1 Return shipping costs for eligible returns due to manufacturing defects will be borne by Faably.
    6.2 For size-related replacements, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

  7. Refunds and Replacements: 7.1 Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after the return is received and verified.
    7.2 Replacements will be shipped out promptly, subject to product availability.
